  • 19:41:41: Things I recommend: Having a nap if you feel dizzy.
  • 19:42:25: Things I do not recommend: Waking up from this nap, hyperventilating, because of a nightmare. Yikes.
  • 19:52:55: @LilFerret Once I had an Ativan, and managed to convince myself that the nightmare hadn't actually come true.
  • 19:53:34: @LilFerret Scary as hell to wake up and feel like you can't get enough air. I feel a little better now. Very tired, though.
